Noise 2

"Sound come into its own". What does that means? ... it means that noises are as useful to new music as so-called musical tones, for the simple reason that they are sounds...

~ Christian Wolff ~

"Wherever we are, what we hear is mostly noise. When we ignore it, it disturbs us. When we listen to it, we find it fascinating."

"Puer natus est"

A 27 minutes journey with Messiaen improvising  at the organ of the Paris's church of  Sainte-Trinité in Paris, where he used to play for 66 years!
It reminds many occasions for me to listen him live in the sixties.
And now, i just dream to  entrust such an instrument to people as Cecil Taylor, Olivier Agid, Anthony Braxton, Ran Blake or other free keyboard players...

timbers, colors, contrast, registers ...
enjoy!
